- Privacy: Personal information shared with the massage therapist is treated as private and confidential. It won’t be disclosed to other parties.
- Contraindications: The therapist may refuse treatment if it’s contraindicated due to medical or other conditions that could impact the client’s health, safety, or well-being.
- No Guarantees: Massage therapy outcomes vary, and no specific results are guaranteed.
- Termination of Treatment: Therapists reserve the right to refuse or terminate treatment for various reasons (e.g., inappropriate behavior, intoxication, risk to the therapist).
- Cancellation Policy: To cancel booked treatments, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required, or full payment may be charged.
Pamper Parties / Corporate Massage/House calls
- Booking: Contact us to check availability.
- Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to book services.
- Changes/Cancellations: Changes can be made up to 2 weeks before the agreed date; afterward, no refunds or changes are possible.
- Payment: The remaining 50% is due on the day of the event.
Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions:
- To buy a gift voucher:
- Provide recipient details (name, occasion, address, personal message).
- Massage gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

Membership Policy
By enrolling in a Winding Serenity Wellness Spa membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Monthly Membership Commitment Memberships are billed automatically each month and require an active monthly contract. Your membership will continue on a month-to-month basis until canceled according to the cancellation terms of your membership agreement.
Membership Sessions Your monthly membership includes the service(s) specified in your selected membership plan. Membership benefits and pricing are available only while your membership remains active and in good standing.
Rollover Policy — Up to 2 Times Per Year We understand that life gets busy. Members are permitted to roll over an unused monthly session up to two (2) times per calendar year.
Rollover privileges are intended for occasional scheduling conflicts and are not designed for routinely accumulating sessions. Any unused session outside of the two permitted rollovers will expire if it is not used within its applicable membership month.
Rollover sessions must be redeemed while the membership is active and in good standing.
Memberships Are Non-Transferable Memberships, monthly sessions, rollover sessions, discounts, and membership benefits are exclusively for the registered member and cannot be shared, transferred, gifted, or used by another person, including family members or friends.
Appointments & Cancellation Policy Appointments are subject to availability and advance booking is recommended. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will result in the applicable membership session being deducted.
Membership Cancellation Membership cancellation does not automatically entitle the member to a refund for previously billed membership fees or unused/expired sessions. Any applicable cancellation notice or minimum commitment specified in the individual membership agreement must be fulfilled.
Non-Refundable Membership payments and unused membership sessions are non-refundable and have no cash value.
By purchasing or maintaining a Winding Serenity Wellness Spa membership, the member acknowledges and agrees to these membership policies.
Refund & Cancellation Policies
- Failure to show up or call with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the deduction of a session, including from packages and memberships.
- Memberships are not to be shared.
- All memberships, packages, and gift certificates are final sales and are not eligible for refunds.
- Members are permitted to roll over an unused monthly session up to two (2) times per calendar year.
