• Privacy: Personal information shared with the massage therapist is treated as private and confidential. It won’t be disclosed to other parties.
• Contraindications: The therapist may refuse treatment if it’s contraindicated due to medical or other conditions that could impact the client’s health, safety, or well-being.
• No Guarantees: Massage therapy outcomes vary, and no specific results are guaranteed.
• Termination of Treatment: Therapists reserve the right to refuse or terminate treatment for various reasons (e.g., inappropriate behavior, intoxication, risk to the therapist).
• Cancellation Policy: To cancel booked treatments, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required, or full payment may be charged.

                  Pamper Parties / Corporate Massage/House calls

• Booking: Contact us to check availability.
• Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to book services.
• Changes/Cancellations: Changes can be made up to 2 weeks before the agreed date; afterward, no refunds or changes are possible.
• Payment: The remaining 50% is due on the day of the event.

                   Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions:

• To buy a gift voucher:
  • Provide recipient details (name, occasion, address, personal message).
  • Massage gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
